Astralis easily beat Lynn Vision and advanced to the semifinals of FISSURE Playground #1
Astralis beat Lynn Vision almost without any problems in the quarterfinals of the FISSURE Playground #1 tournament. The meeting ended with a score of 2:0 on maps. On Nuke, chosen by Astralis, they dominated and confidently closed the map – 13:2. Dust2, the pick of Lynn Vision, turned out to be much more tense, because Astralis had to make a comeback, but they managed to do it and brought the game to overtime, where they won 16:13.
The best player of the match was Jacob “jabbi” Nygaard, who finished the match with a score of 31 kills and 23 deaths. Full match statistics can be found here.
The defeat was fatal for Lynn Vision — the team finished the tournament in 5th-8th place, receiving $17,500 in prize money and an additional $32,500 to the club’s budget. Astralis continues to fight for the trophy and reaches the semifinals.
