OG replaces TYLOO on BLAST Bounty S2
The organizers of BLAST have announced that OG will replace TYLOO at the upcoming BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 tournament, which starts on August 5 with the online stage. The news came as a surprise to fans, as TYLOO, who recently won the FISSURE Playground 1 title, will not be participating in the European event. The reason for their refusal to participate in the tournament was not disclosed, but the Chinese team has been in Europe for a long time, demonstrating a high level of play.
Context of TYLOO’s performances
Wingmen And “JamYoung” Ian, TYLOO is currently competing in IEM Cologne, where their first test ended in a loss to Virtus.pro. This tournament in Germany will end just two days before the start of Bounty S2, which could affect their plans. Despite the triumph at FISSURE Playground 1, the team appears to have had difficulty adapting to the new schedule or other unknown circumstances that forced them to withdraw from the tournament.
A New Chance for OG
OG received the invitation due to their position in the VRS Global Rankings, next in line after the Spring Season, which they ended with a promising result at the BLAST.tv Austin Major. After that, there were changes in the team: Adam “adamb” Engström replaced Christian “Buzz” Andersen.
